Damian Hinds MP voices air quality concerns

Damian writes that given the World Health Organisation's new air quality targets for PM2.5 particles, and new legislation being brought into law in the UK Government's Environment Act, leads to him having "grave concerns about the public health implications of the proposal", and urges Hampshire County Council to reject it.

Meanwhile, hundreds more objections have been received by HCC to the proposal.
